Special Session 4
AI DC and computing power coordination

This special issue aims to gather cutting-edge research on AI data centers and computing-power collaboration, focusing on the spatiotemporal evolution of multi-level energy consumption and carbon footprint, constructing a joint scheduling model for computing tasks and power flow, exploring the adjustable capacity and response speed of servers, cooling, energy storage, and other components, designing incentive-compatible electricity market participation and green electricity trading mechanisms, and forming a methodology for the planning and operation of computing-power collaboration to support new electricity system. The topics for submission include: refined modeling and real-time perception of data center energy consumption and carbon emissions; cross-domain computing-power joint optimization scheduling for renewable energy consumption; flexible load aggregation and demand response strategies across multiple time scales; data center participation in ancillary services; collaborative planning of computing networks and energy storage/green electricity; and evaluation standards for computing-power collaboration.
