Prof. Yigang He, Wuhan University, China
何怡刚教授，武汉大学 

 

Biography: Yigang He received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Hunan University, Changsha,China, in 1992 and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an,China, in 1996.
In 1990, he joined the College of Electrical and Information Engineering, Hunan University and was promoted to Associate Professor, Professor in 1996, 1999, respectively. From 2006 to 2011, he worked as the Director of the Institute of Testing Technology for Circuits and Systems, Hunan University. He was a Senior Visiting Scholar with the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, U.K., in 2002. From 2011 to 2017, he worked as the Head of School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Hefei University of Technology. In October 1,2017, he joined the Wuhan University, China, and currently works as the vice-Head of School of Electrical Engineering and Automation , Wuhan University. Meanwhile he was vice president of China’s Energy Institute of Science and Technology, vice president of Anhui scientists Entrepreneurs Association, director of the state local joint engineering laboratory for renewable energy grid technology. His teaching and research interests are in the areas of power electronic circuit theory and its applications, testing and fault diagnosis of analog and mixed-signal circuits, electrical signal detection, smart grid ,satellite communication monitoring, and intelligent signal processing. On the above research areas he has presided over a number of state-level projects research such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the State Key Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China，the national key research and development plan "important scientific instruments and equipment development", the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China, the Major State Basic Research Development Program of China ,etc. He has published some 300 journal and conference papers which was included more than 1000 times in Science Citation Index of American Institute for Scientific Information in the aforementioned areas and several chapters in edited books.
Dr. He has been the general chair, session chair and the committee member of a lot of international academic conferences respectively. He was the recipient of a number of national and international awards, prizes, and honors. For example, he was the winner of national outstanding youth science fund, China national excellent science and technology worker.  

 

Dr. Xueguang Wu, China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd., China
吴学光，国家电网公司中国电力科学研究院有限公司 

 

Biography: 吴学光，工学博士，国家特聘专家，国家电网公司中国电力科学 研究院有限公司直流输电工程首席专家。长期从事高压直流输电 （HVDC）技术和大规模新能源发电并网研究和工程。在常规直流输电 （LCC-HVDC）和柔性直流输电（VSC-HVDC）系统分析、参数设计、仿 真建模及控制保护装置测试等方面具有丰富的理论和工程实践经验。 2012年回国后牵头组建了我国首个“直流电网技术与仿真实验室”，领 导开发了401电平MMC 柔直物理动模和实时数字仿真测试平台，建成了 基于四象限功率连接的大规模多节点柔直实时数模混合仿真测试系统， 且成功应用于多个国内国际直流输电工程。发表了高水平学术论文40 余篇，其中SCI论文10余篇；联合出版直流输电技术专著1部；申请发 明专利30余项。
吴学光博士现为国际标准组织国际电工委员会IEC TC 115（100kV 及以上高压直流输电技术委员会）工作组JWG 11和SC 22F（输配电系统 用电力电子分技术委员会）工作组WG 48召集人，主导编制我国牵头的 首个IEC柔性直流输电系统特性国际标准（第一部：稳态特性IEC TR 63363-1；第二部：暂态特性IEC TR 63363-2；第三部：动态特性IEC TR 63363-3）和首个IEC高压直流输电动态耗能系统系列标准路线图。同时 是电国际大电网组织CIGRE工作组 B4-79，B4-84、 B4/C4.93，B4.101专 家组成员。
